Order Status
Click the "Order History" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
Click the "Order History" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Click the "Order history" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Take some picture on the product and kindly contact our customer service.
By economy shipping, it may take 7 to 35 days . By expedite generally it takes 4-5 working days.
We only bear the return costs in case of non-conformity, defects, or an error concerning the item or one of its characteristics.
However, if you change your mind and want to return an item, you will be responsible for bearing the return costs.

Shipping & Returns
We offer combined shipping discounts on purchases of multiple items - discounts are calculated automatically during checkout or you can check with sales person before made payment.
- Loose cars $12.00, (each additional loose cars add $1.00
- Decals / Wheels / Spoiler wing $12.00 (can combine, no additional charges)
- Carded cars or box $16.00 (each additional carded add $4)
All order we ship with tracked number, tracking number will provide thru email. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us in order to initiate an Insurance Claim. Insurance Claims cannot be filed until 45 days after shipment and will require a signed written declaration of Non-Receipt or Damage from the Buyer.

That’s perfectly normal. The packages need to go to a sorting center, so it may take up to 48 hours, as the courier service needs to scan the package and then process it further.
